Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

These terms govern your use of Fielddly ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

1. The Service

Fielddly connects to email inboxes and spreadsheets you authorize, uses AI to classify incoming messages as sales leads, and — when you approve a result — pushes structured data to a CRM or spreadsheet destination you've connected. You define what counts as a lead and which fields get extracted for your business.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of data you approve for push to a CRM or spreadsheet.
  • You must have the right to connect any inbox, spreadsheet, or CRM account you authorize us to access.

3. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) via our payment processor (Stripe). You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Process email you don't have the right to access.
  • Violate any applicable data protection, spam, or consumer protection law.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label the Service without written permission.
  • Send abusive, excessive, or automated traffic intended to disrupt the Service.

5. Third-party integrations

The Service integrates with Google (Gmail, Sheets), OpenAI, and CRM providers (e.g. Pipedrive) you choose to connect. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their own terms and policies. We aren't responsible for outages, changes, or data handling on their end.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its underlying software. You own your data — the messages, extracted leads, and configuration you put into it.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". AI classification and extraction can be wrong — you're responsible for reviewing results before they're pushed to your CRM. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page if these terms change materially.
